art. 13 EU Regulation no. 2016/679 – art. 13 Legislative Decree no. 196/2003
1) SUBJECT AND PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING
Trustech Srl (tax code and VAT number 01934400936), with registered office in Via delle Crede n. 4, 33170 Pordenone (PN) (hereinafter referred to as the “Data Controller”) informs the users of this website (hereinafter also referred to as “Interested Parties”) pursuant to EU Regulation n. 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”) and art. 13 Legislative Decree n. 196/2003 (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Code”) regarding the methods of processing their personal data.
This information concerns only what is published on the Trustech Srl domain and not the links published or contained therein.
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, the URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment.
Such data, necessary for the use of web services, are also processed for the purpose of: obtaining statistical information on the use of services (most visited pages, number of visitors per time slot or day, geographical areas of origin, etc.); checking the correct functioning of the services offered.
Browsing data is deleted immediately after its aggregation.
Data provided voluntarily by the user
The Data Controller also processes personal data (i.e. identification data such as name, surname, e-mail address) voluntarily communicated by the user when filling out the “Contacts” form.
No cookies are used to profile users, nor are other tracking methods employed.
Instead, session cookies (not persistent) are used in a strictly limited manner to what is necessary for safe and efficient navigation of the site. The storage of session cookies in terminals or browsers is under the control of the user, where on the servers, at the end of HTTP sessions, information relating to cookies remains recorded in the service logs.

3) LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING
The personal data indicated or otherwise contained in this website are used exclusively to advertise and promote the products and activities of the Data Controller. The legal basis of the processing is the execution of the request of the interested party.
As for the data provided voluntarily by the user, the legal basis of the processing consists in the user’s request and in the fulfillment of the legal and contractual obligations arising from or related to them.
4) DATA RECIPIENTS
The recipients of the data collected following consultation of the website www.trustech.group are the employees and those in charge of processing the personal data of the Data Controller, as well as the Company in charge of managing the website.
5) RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES
In your capacity as Data Subject, you have the rights set forth in art. 7 of the Privacy Code and art. 15 of the GDPR and specifically the rights to:
1. obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning you, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form;
2. get the indication:
a) of the origin of the personal data
b) the purpose of method processing
c) of the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) of the identifying details of the owner, the managers and the designated representative pursuant to art. 5, paragraph 2 of the Privacy Code and art. 3, paragraph 1, GDPR;
e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, managers or persons in charge;
3. obtain:
a) the updating, rectification or, when there is interest, the integration of the data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disclosed, except in the case in which such fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the right protected;
4. object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning you, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication, through the use of automated calling systems without the intervention of an operator by e-mail and/or through traditional marketing methods by telephone and/or paper mail. Please note that the interested party’s right to object, set out in the previous point b), for direct marketing purposes by automated methods extends to traditional ones and that in any case the possibility for the interested party to exercise the right to object even only in part remains intact. Therefore, the interested party can decide to receive only communications by traditional methods or only automated communications or neither of the two types of communication.
Where applicable, you also have the rights set forth in Articles 16 – 21 GDPR (Right to rectification, right to be forgotten, right to restriction of processing, right to data portability, right to object), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor Authority.
